We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $79 USD. For orders under $79, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update the address for you. Once a package has shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Will my tablet / iPad / laptop fit inside?

Every bag has different dimensions, so we recommend checking the measurements on each product page carefully. For general reference:

• Mini bags — best for essentials, photocards, plushies, and small accessories
• Medium bags — often fit tablets or small notebooks
• Large backpacks & messenger bags — may fit A4 items or laptops depending on the design

Are the inserts removable?

Many of our ita bags include removable inserts for easier pin arranging and cleaner displays. If a bag includes one, it will always be mentioned clearly in the product description.

Can I put pins directly into the bag?

Yes, but we usually recommend using the insert panel if included. It makes arranging pins easier and helps protect the inner lining over time.

Are your ita bags made for everyday use?

Definitely! We design our bags to work both as display pieces and as everyday bags for school, conventions, travel, cafés, concerts, and daily outfits. That means we care a lot about:

What if there’s a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if possible. We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can usually be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After production or shipping begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
