Order Cancellations
Orders can usually be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in processing, production, or packaging, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- packaging photos if applicable
Once reviewed, we may offer:

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the shipping carrier.
However, we are not responsible for:
- packages stolen after delivery
- delays caused by customs
- delays caused by local carriers
- incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
Preorder and made-to-order products are produced specifically for demand planning. Because of this, these items are generally non-refundable once production begins.
Estimated production timelines are listed on each preorder product page.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
