especially when you’re already planning pins, photocards, plushies,
and outfit matches before it even arrives.

Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, processing,
tracking, and delivery before placing your order.


Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are different things.


Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Shipping times may vary depending on customs, local couriers, weather conditions, or seasonal delays.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email automatically.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment depending on the courier.

If you haven’t received tracking information after 7 business days, please contact us.


Shipping Costs

Flat-rate or calculated shipping applies for smaller orders. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Most international orders arrive without issues, but customs policies vary by country.

Depending on your location, import taxes, customs duties, or VAT may apply upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility if charged.


Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

Some products are marked as:

These items require additional production time before shipping. Estimated timelines are listed clearly on each product page.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship together once everything is ready.


Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we usually cannot modify the destination address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but missing, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help investigate.

However, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


Split Shipments

In some cases, large orders may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment separately.
